Modern Terminals has introduced the “Skills Development Sponsorship Scheme” in 2016 aiming to encourage our people to acquire relevant knowledge and skills to facilitate their career development while at the same time support the Company to enhance operational efficiency.  Under the scheme, our colleagues from Operations, Equipment Maintenance, and Facilities Maintenance are sponsored to learn to drive any one of the four types of vehicle, including light goods vehicle, private bus, heavy goods vehicle and articulated vehicle.  Total 31 staff members have been granted the company sponsorship during the year of 2016-2017.
