In support of youth development, Modern Terminals has once again joined the Project WeCan Job Tasting Programme to provide job tasting opportunities for nine secondary students this summer.

The nine students from four different schools are assigned to different departments including Corporate Affairs, Engineering and Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations for a period of three weeks. The arrangements provide students with real work experience to understand their strengths and weaknesses as well as identify their career interests.

In the closing session today, both mentors and students shared the benefits they have gained from the programme.
