Modern Terminals Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Peter J. Levesque, was elected as Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Hong Kong. Speaking to an audience consisting of hundreds of AmCham members, US diplomats and business associates at its 45th anniversary inaugural luncheon, Peter called on the Hong Kong Government to address a number of social and economic issues that are essential for maintaining the city’s competitiveness. They included air pollution, education, the income gap, financial services and intellectual property rights, along with transport and logistics.
