Chongqing-Qinzhou-Hong Kong Sea-rail Intermodal Service Brings More Shipments via Hong Kong

03 April 2025

This week a batch of Maersk containers shipped out of Chongqing connected to the Maersk network in Hong Kong heading for Malaysia. The new Chongqing-Qinzhou-Hong Kong sea-rail intermodal service is facilitated by the recent strategic cooperation with Beibu Gulf Port Group in Guangxi province with the specific objective to offer speedy and seamless connectivity between Western China and global markets through Hong Kong, thus strengthening Hong Kong’s position as a logistics hub in South China.
