Modern Terminals has joined the Project WeCan Career Exploration Day for the third time since its inception in 2015. On 26 November 2016, around 2,300 secondary school students participated in the programme. Through a number of activities, we inspired students to have a better planning for their future and enhanced students’ self-understanding of their own strengths and interests. Four colleagues from Operations Department and Engineering & Procurement Department conducted job taster sessions with innovative games, bringing out the job duties of and requirements for a Yard Planning Officer, a Technician, and a Procurement Officer. We are glad to see that students have showed much interest in the container terminal industry.
