Learning does not only take place inside classroom. Modern Terminals' Hong Kong Business Unit arranged an "English Kitchen" at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel on 13 February for 20 students from its partner school in Project WeCan, namely Cotton Spinners Association Secondary School. It proved to be a very interesting learning experience and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the 2-hour session. Not only did the students hone their language skills with professional chefs of the hotel in a well-equipped kitchen, they also learnt the job requirements for pursuing a career in the hospitality industry.
