Modern Terminals has passed the assessment of the "Employee Retraining Board (ERB) Manpower Developer Award Scheme" and has been awarded "Manpower Developer (MD)" for two years from April 2014 to March 2016. The award this year recognized 46 organizations in Hong Kong. Up to now, a total of 289 organizations including many large well-known organizations and SMEs in Hong Kong have been accredited as Manpower Developers (MDs).

By participating in this scheme, we are able to identify what areas we have to further improve and work on by getting the assessment and market benchmarking reports. We will continue enhancing our existing training and development strategies, system and practices for people development in MTL.
