Modern Terminals Limited today (26 May 2016) confirmed its preparedness for IMO SOLAS Verified Gross Mass (VGM) requirements which go into effect on July 1st 2016. All container terminals of the Company in Hong Kong and Mainland China are now fully equipped to provide container weighing services to our customers who need assistance. The Modern Terminals team has been working closely with shippers, carriers, and truckers to ensure a smooth process is in place upon SOLAS VGM go live in July.
