Modern Terminals is jointly developing the Da Chan Bay container terminals project together with the Shenzhen municipal authority.

Shekou Container Terminals
We hold an equity stake and participate in the management of Shekou Container Terminals.

Chiwan Container Terminal
We own equity in Chiwan Container Terminal through a joint venture with China Merchants International.

Taicang International Gateway
We hold a majority stake in the terminal, and lead its management. It is our first terminal project in the Yangtze River Delta.

V-Logic
In May 2000, Modern Terminals formed a strategic partnership with V-Logic Limited, a company providing global retailers with cost-effective Internet fulfilment and Web-based marketing support services in the Asia Pacific region. Modern Terminals has also become a key shareholder in V-Logic, providing logistics infrastructure, warehousing and MIS support for the new venture.

ModernPorts was established in 2000 as the first portal site to offer the Hong Kong shipping community a one-stop e-business platform for an increasing number of port-related services.

OnePort
We are one of the investor in OnePort, a joint venture with the mission of improving the efficiency of the business processes of the Port of Hong Kong. OnePort provides the trade and transportation community with value-added services on an open, secure and neutral platform for electronic information exchange among all port users.
