Strategy Management Manager
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager ¡V Strategy Management, the job holder will take overall accountability for delivering the objectives of the Strategy Management function in Hong Kong (both the Hong Kong Business Unit and Group Functions). He / she will support the realization of the company vision through executing strategy management processes and assisting in the design and delivery of the business plan. He / she will also, from time to time, take direct project management accountability for business plan projects and support the development of the function in Hong Kong and across other business units.
The Person
The ideal candidate should have / be:

Bachelor degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering or related discipline
- 8 years working experience, out of which at least 5 years experience in a project management role, with experience in business planning and programme management

Strong business acumen, structured thinking and problem solving skills

Strong project and change management skills

Process design and improvement skills

Good communication skills
-
Conversant with PC applications (full Microsoft Office suite)

Fluent in English and Chinese, Putonghua would be an advantage

Senior Officer ¡V Operations Development
The Role
The job holder's major responsibilities
are to:
- Analyse business processes,
and identify and implement process improvement
programs
- Recommend business and
system solutions to improve operational efficiency
and cost effectiveness
- Manage full life cycle
of projects from requirements to implementation
- Work closely with operations,
IT teams and vendors from inception to delivery
of system
- Develop methods and tools,
including procedures, standards and templates,
to enable project development and delivery of
project milestones
- Provide support and solutions
to operations users, acting as an interface
between operations users and technical developers
(inhouse IT teams and vendors)
- Collect user requirements,
prepare test plans and test data, conduct user
acceptance tests and user training
The Person

experience. Previous experience in process re-engineering

Senior Financial Analyst
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the job holder's major responsibilities are to:

Plan and manage the treasury function and compliance with bank loan covenants

Plan and manage the Profits Tax computation and filing, and assist in tax planning

Assist in the planning and management of rating assessment
-
Assist the various Hong Kong Finance teams to maintain an effective and efficient financial control, reporting and processing system, and ensure compliance with the company and statutory requirements
- Support the Financial Controller in daily routines and ad-hoc assignments / projects
The Person
The ideal candidate should have / be:

Qualified professional accountant, experience with big four accounting firms is a plus

Strong technical knowledge of current accounting and taxation for Hong Kong

Senior Commercial Officer
The Role
The job holder will be responsible for liaising with existing customers and assisting in developing potential business with a view to satisfy customers' needs and exceed customers' expectations.
The Person
The ideal candidate should
have / be:

Degree in any discipline, preferably in Marketing or Logistics

Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with emphasis in new client development, preferably gained in container terminal operators, shipping companies, freight forwarder, 3PL, mid-stream operators or related industries

Good understanding of the current market dynamics in container shipping in South China and the competitive challenges for Hong Kong

Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

The Role
The job holder will handle the day-to-day compensation and benefits administration according to the compensation strategy & policies, market practices and legal requirements. He / she will also conduct the company-wide staff cost budgeting analysis, annual salary & bonus review exercise and coordinate the development & implementation of HR management information system.
