Modern Terminals has recently completed the second phase of our solar panel installation project, tripling the annual power generated by renewable energy.   

In this phase, a total of 470 panels were installed on the rooftop of eight buildings which will generate about 291,000 units (kWh) of electricity each year.  Together with the 291 solar panels installed on our Warehouse Building in 2021 as phase one, Modern Terminals is generating 431,000 units (kWh) of electricity and reducing 168 tonnes of carbon emission per annum.

Modern Terminals will continue to explore further deployment of renewable energy at our facilities.
